Since its establishment in 2013, Focusing on the design and production of ceramic products for more than ten years, the company has customers all over the world, involving various catering, art sculptures, and company customized gifts. the company has been focusing on the design and production of ceramic utensils, and has spared no effort to introduce and absorb new ceramic ware molding process technology and innovation, winning a good reputation both internationally and domestically.
The company has worked hard to learn a complete set of alloy molding processes from Jingdezhen---from embryo production, mold customization, casting molding, full manual fine grinding, to later polishing and electroplating, so that each customized product of the company's ceramic ware is a combination of technology and art.
The ceramic production process begins with the careful selection and precise blending of raw materials, creating a high-quality clay base. Depending on the design, the clay is then shaped using molding, casting, or handcrafting techniques. Once formed, each piece undergoes a drying phase to remove moisture, preventing warping or cracking. This is followed by an initial “biscuit firing” process to harden the clay. A glaze is then carefully applied to create the desired color and finish. The pieces undergo a second high-temperature firing, giving them a durable, glossy surface. After gradual cooling to prevent stress fractures, each item is inspected to ensure quality standards. Finally, the ceramics are securely packaged for safe transport and prepared for worldwide distribution.
